Full Moon Features is a well-known indie-B movie company that has been around for decades now and has quite an interesting history. Films like Puppet Master, and Evil Bong, are just two of the movies that you will find in the company’s catalog, which now includes their newest thriller entitled, Death Streamer. Itās Full Moon Features’ 401st release. A story filled with surprises, pretty people, and blood. It is an original tale that takes place now, in the present time, and centers around a modern-day vampire, and his secretive streaming program. Focuses on the killing of his victims. Period! Pretty gruesome! Well, it is a vampire movie. A real one which the vampire is a monster, and one to fear. These are the ones I prefer.
Death Streamer is not one for the kiddies. Rated M for mature. My guess would be because of the frightening violence and abundance of female bosoms, which are key ingredients in this feature film. Kept me glued to my seat.
Death Streamer was made in Full Moon Features’ newest home of Cleveland, Ohio. They appear to have been welcomed with open arms by the film community there. An interesting behind-the-scenes story. Going on for a little while now and creating very positive results.
Death Streamer was directed by the man who owns Full Moon Features, Charles Band. Heās an extraordinary guy in the Full Moon Universe. One that just got itself a queen. Charles just recently married his longtime GF, Robin Sydney. Sheās a cool gal, and I wish both of them a long and prosperous marriage. Youāll see her name in the ending credits.

I love vampire movies! Since I was a child and seeing Bela Lugosi’s Dracula, Iāve been hooked. A creature of the undead who always manages to get all the pretty ladies. Go figure. Itās the hypnotic eyes. The sexy attire. The alluring voice one hears giving commands one canāt disobey. What are we witnessing? Super freaks that are human, with sharp teeth and a thrust for the red go-juice that flows throughout our human veins. Run away and not towards the danger, unless it involves getting more hits on your website. Be warned! There will be consequences.
Death Streamer for the first 10 minutes is all vampire. Great intro to the film, with music that fits exactly, what is appearing on the screen. The score is keyboard-heavy. Spooky movie, with spooky music. Well done! Fits like a glove. Meanwhile, on the screen, we get our first killing. The vampire wears glasses that project what heās doing, to a certain selective audience. Or so he thinks.
Ladies and Gentlemen, introducing, Alexander’s…

A low-quality but informative streaming show hosted by Alex Jarvis, and his two female associates/business partners. They find out about the vampire, his private streaming, and where he is broadcasting from. That’s called the Hellfire House. A vampire lair, filled with shady/scary characters. As one could imagine, the vampire has help. An exotic lady named Li Chen makes for a good bartender and a menacing-looking thug who provides the muscle.
The plot thickens when the vampire finds out how he was profiled on the Discovery Channel want-to-be program, Alexanderās Church of Chills. Canāt have that shit.
Charles Bandās Death Streamer is a horror film/thriller, that contains some comedic moments. Makes for a cool popcorn flick that entertains throughout with a twist-ending that leaves the door open for further tales. Iām hoping for pretty ones with tattoos (only kidding). Includes lots of traditional vampire traits, so the creature isn’t too far from what we saw decades ago in vampire films. How crosses annoy, and the presence of sunlight can kill. I enjoy the familiarity. None of that silly falling in love, getting married, having children, and being a gifted brain surgeon who only performs surgery during the evening hours, and likes his favorite roast beef sandwiches, extra rare. As much as I enjoy Mr. Bands films, that would chase me off, probably.
Gary āUncle Gā Brown RATESā¦Death Streamer (2024)
Using a 5-star rating system in which one star would mean itās never to be viewed, and meant only to be destroyed at the nearest sewage facility, to 5 stars which means the film, regardless of how much it costs to be made, entertained the viewer to his/her/whatever fullest extent, Iā¦Gary āUncle Gā Brownā¦rates the new Full Moon Features vampire movie, Death Streamerā¦5 stars! All day long, as a matter of fact. And so the creatures of the night are not offended, all night long as well. I was caught up, throughout. That’s how the viewer knows that they are watching, something good. I get distracted and lose concentration, very easily. Iām sometimes hard to view anything with. That in part is how I can do what I do, in regard to authoring my ā¦Fun Reviews.
If not for the strong cast in Death Streamer, the photography held my attention. I even like the drone footage. Lots of eye candy. Speaking of which.
I was asked by a lady bud-tender recently when it came up in small talk that I would next write about a vampire movie, and she inquired about the looks of the vampire. Iām a male so my spin would be different than hers. I normally pay more attention to the females and ignore in a way, the look of the males in the film, including Mr. Unknown, the vampire. The idea of this bloodsucker attacking me, and it being a turn-on, just isn’t happening in my book. Iāll throw the dice. My answer is that honestly, this guy doesnāt look as unappealing as I imagine other vampires in other horror films do to females who would be into that kind of thing. A perfectly normal question to ask. I hope I ignited a desire for her with that answer so she and everyone else reading this, want to check out, Full Moon Features – Charles Band – Death Streamer.
So do as your favorite ‘uncle’ suggests. Turn on the screen. Shut off the lights. Be prepared for vampires, who bite in the night.
